7月6日，江苏淮安。一小区为保护流浪猫张贴公告悬赏捉拿杀猫偷猫贼，“凡提供偷猫贼进小区线索，奖励2000元现金。”7日，该小区物业回应称，是业主为了保护小动物而张贴，大家也是做好事，主要起警示作用，防止偷猫贼潜入。
