新京报贝壳财经讯 6月12日，深天马A发布公告称，彭旭辉因工作调整原因申请辞去公司董事、董事长等职务，辞职后将不在公司及其子公司担任任何职务。同时，公司召开第十届董事会第三十一次会议，同意选举成为为公司董事长，任期至第十届董事会届满。
