近日，国家税务总局发布《关于公布废止和修改的部分税务部门规章及规范性文件目录的决定》。根据《规章制定程序条例》《税务规范性文件制定管理办法》有关规定，对税务部门规章及税务规范性文件进行了清理。其中，对以下3件税务部门规章予以废止。
