一、学校介绍

I. University Introduction

深圳理工大学（以下简称“深圳理工”）是深圳新成立的一所大学，深圳是一座充满魅力、动力、活力和创新力的城市。学校在中国科学院和广东省的支持下，以中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院优质丰厚的科教产教资源为基础，“高起点、高水平、高标准、高质量”建设一流新型研究型大学。深圳理工已建设生命健康学院、合成生物学院、计算机科学与控制工程学院、生物医学工程学院、材料科学与能源工程学院、药学院、算力微电子学院七个学科交叉专业学院；细胞与基因技术研究院、未来农业研究院、人工智能研究院等前沿技术研究院。

2024年首次招收本科生，共在广东省录取物理类考生120人，其中最高录取分数为664分，最低录取分数为624分，最低分数超本科线182分。深圳理工作为新型研究型大学的代表，以创新独特的人才培养模式、弘扬科学家精神和特区精神的校园文化等得到了考生和家长的广泛关注与认可。

Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy Sciences and the Shenzhen Government, SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The mission of SUAT is to nurture top-notch innovative young talents in critical academic fields in high demand by the urgent needs of national and global development. As such, SUAT has built a brand-new campus, designed innovative academic programs, created (Yale-like) residential colleges and established academic faculties in several multi-disciplinary fields. 生命健康学院秉持“探索生命奥秘，寻求科学真谛”的愿景，从人类健康的发展战略需求出发，融汇国际创新资源，发展生命与健康前沿交叉学科，探索生命与智能的本质，促进新医科发展，服务人类健康。教研团队由加拿大皇家科学院院士、德国科学院院士领衔，10余位世界一流的资深教授任学术带头人，团队聚集一批来自世界著名学府的青年教师骨干。生命健康学院以国家生物医药领域的重大需求和学科前沿为导向，围绕解决生命健康领域的前沿基础科学问题、突破关键核心技术、培养拔尖创新人才，推动学科专业与新兴产业协调发展，推动科技成果转化体制机制创新。

The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences adheres to the vision of "exploring the mysteries of life and seeking the truth of science". Starting from the strategic needs of human health development, it integrates international innovation resources, develops cutting-edge interdisciplinary subjects in life and health, explores the essence of life and intelligence, and is committed to promoting the development of new medicine and serving human health. IV. Position Responsibilities

1.全面主持生命健康学院的教学、科研和相关行政管理工作。

1. Fully preside over the teaching, scientific research, and related administrative management of the Faculty of Life and Health.

2.积极引进国内外高层次人才，培养中青年骨干教师，建设一支高水平的教师队伍。

2. Actively introduce high-level talents from home and abroad, cultivate young and middle-aged backbone teachers, and build a high-level faculty team.

3. 探索创新人才培养模式，推进教学与课程体系改革，培养具有创新精神和应用实践能力的专业人才。

3. Explore innovative talent training models, promote the reform of teaching and curriculum systems, and cultivate professional talents with innovative spirit and application practice ability.

4. 制定发展战略，把握人才培养的发展方向，健全并完善教学、科研管理组织架构和体制。

4. Formulate development strategies, grasp the development direction of talent training, and improve and perfect the organizational structure and system of teaching and scientific research management.

5.加强国际合作与交流，积极开展与国内外知名高校、科研机构及企业单位的合作与交流。

5. Strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, and actively carry out cooperation and exchanges with well-known domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions, and corporate units.

1.具有一定的国内外知名大学院系或研究院所管理经验，如院级领导、系主任等相关管理岗位。

1. Have certain management experience in well-known domestic and foreign university departments or research institutes, such as college-level leaders, department heads, and other related management positions.

2.在本学科领域做出过突出贡献，有较高的学术地位或学术影响力，在国内外学术界享有盛誉的世界级顶尖学者。

2. Have made outstanding contributions in the field of this discipline, have a high academic status or academic influence, and are world-class top scholars with a high reputation in domestic and foreign academic circles.

3. 具有多学科合作、教学和科研项目争取以及行政管理方面的经验和领导能力。
