消息面上，2月3日，远洋集团发布境外债务重组的进展。根据英格兰法院2月3日(伦敦时间)作出的判决，英国重组计划已获批准。
据悉，因为旗下美元债受英国法管辖，远洋集团将通过并行的英国重组计划和中国香港协议安排实施境外债务重组。寻求批准香港协议安排的呈请聆讯定于2月19日上午10时在中国香港的法院进行。
