1月24日，针对玩具商52TOYS赴港上市的消息，52TOYS创始人兼CEO陈威对界面新闻回应称：“都是传闻。”
此前据IFR引述消息人士称，内地玩具商52TOYS正与投资银行洽商，目标是今年下半年来香港上市，可能集资1亿至2亿美元(约7.8亿至15.6亿港元)。
52TOYS是2015年成立于中国内地的玩具公司，推出盲盒、变形机甲&拼装、可动人偶、鹊拾乐、超活化及衍生周边等六大产品线。
