证券时报e公司讯，琏升科技(300051)10月13日晚间披露公开挂牌转让全资子公司厦门三五互联信息有限公司100%股权及部分商标的进展。公司从厦门产权交易中心处获悉，截至2024年10月12日，首次挂牌公示延长期已结束，未征集到符合受让条件的意向受让方。公司拟在10个工作日内向交易中心申请启动下一轮挂牌转让程序，同时保留终止挂牌的权利。
