观点网讯：9月13日，京东集团宣布自2024年10月1日起，京东零售集团和职能体系将用两年时间实现20薪，其他部门也将陆续启动加薪计划。
过去三年，京东集团连续提升员工薪酬水平，2021年7月至2023年7月，员工平均年薪从14薪逐步涨至16薪；2024年初，京东零售全员平均加薪不低于20%，8月份，京东2025校园招聘启动，开放1.8万个岗位，校招生薪酬再次大幅上调。
