据央视新闻，近日，我国首个海上采油平台5.5G站点——胜利油田三号海上采油平台5.5G站点开通。位于渤海湾的胜利油田中心三号平台所处海域水深13米，离岸10多海里，平台高36米，是胜利海上油田的生产中心和枢纽。
