当地时间7日，在巴黎奥运会跆拳道女子49公斤级比赛中，有一位现场裁判是来自中国，他是陆军特种作战学院的教员祝林芳。
祝林芳是世界跆拳道冠军，她是全军唯一跆拳道项目国际裁判员。
祝林芳表示：“作为裁判员，就是要把技术发挥到极致。我代表的是中国军人形象，责任和使命会更重。”
