通宝能源2月19日公告，公司已设立通宝朔州市平鲁区清洁能源有限公司投资建设朔州平鲁高家堰四期100MW风电项目。该项目已获得朔州市行政审批服务管理局出具《关于通宝朔州市平鲁区清洁能源有限公司朔州平鲁高家堰四期100MW风电项目核准的批复》（朔审批函【2024】47号）。该项目总投资56881.43万元，资金来源为企业自筹和银行贷款。
