工作内容
1. Provide ongoing support to the commercial team by identifying customer needs and ensuring our products meet these requirements.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key maritime industry clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Act as the liaison between customers and our technical team, translating technical details into business value.
4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
5. Develop and deliver training materials and presentations to enhance customer understanding and use of our products.
6. Collaborate with the product development team to inform new features and solutions based on customer feedback and industry trends.
任职资格
1.本科及以上学历;
2.海事研究、商业、技术相关的学士学位;
3.精通英语,可作为工作语言。
薪资待遇
年薪:40W—50W,条件优秀者可再议
