据央视新闻，俄罗斯联邦委员会当地时间23日批准法律，允许对在俄罗斯建立破坏组织、培训和协助破坏活动以及资助破坏活动的人处以终身监禁。此前该项法律于21日在俄罗斯国家杜马（议会下院）通过。
