赫力昂（Haleon）（伦敦证交所/纽约证交所代码：HLN）宣布完成了从葛兰素史克（GSK）的分拆，公司股票已于伦敦当地时间7月18日在伦敦证券交易所开始交易，将 于纽约当地时间7月20日在纽约证券交易所（NYSE）同步上市。赫力昂拥有包括钙尔奇、善存、舒适达、芬必得、扶他林、新康泰克等产品，公司称有望在中期达成4-6%的年度有机增长。
