据中国网，23日，国新办就2022年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作举行发布会，会上，中央农村工作领导小组办公室专职副主任、农业农村部党组成员吴宏耀表示，要支持将符合条件的盐碱地等后备资源适度有序地开发为耕地，对于一些具备开发条件的空闲地、废弃地，可以在保护生态环境的基础上，探索发展设施农业、破解耕地、光热等资源的约束。
