证券时报网讯，据上交所4日消息，为完善破产重整信息披露制度，健全多元化退出渠道，保护投资者合法权益，进一步提高上市公司质量，上交所拟发布《上海证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第13号——破产重整等事项》，现向社会公开征求意见。意见反馈截止时间为2022年1月11日。
