2月7日上午，市政府新闻办公室、市委市政府新闻中心召开新闻发布会，就山西省第十三届人大常委会第二十二次会议批准通过的《大同市水污染防治条例》的颁布施行作了新闻发布，《条例》将于2021年5月1日起施行。
