人民财讯7月7日电，神工股份(688233)7月7日公告，公司全资子公司中晶芯拟收购福建精工半导体有限公司（简称“福建精工”）少数股东持有的福建精工20%股权，收购完成后，福建精工将成为中晶芯的全资子公司。福建精工经营范围包括制造、销售半导体、陶瓷、石英、金属材料及其相关产品。
