在成都蓉城与天津津门虎的比赛里，李扬首发出战32分钟，因为受伤被韩鹏飞换下。本赛季他出场9次，仅有3次首发。
该记者在社交媒体上透露：“李扬的伤在右大腿后侧，估计是要养一段时间，实际上在上半场他腿部有受伤迹象后还坚持了踢了10来分钟才下的场。”
