每经AI快讯，5月15日，明阳电路举办业绩说明会上表示，公司在AI数据中心、高速互联PCB领域产品已实现批量交付；嵌入式SiC功率模块正处于研发开发阶段，现已完成样品交付并进入客户端验证环节。公司有针对800G高端光模块的技术研究及技术储备，800G光模块目前具备样品和小批量能力，已交付客户研发和样品订单。
