智通财经APP获悉，腾讯(00700)于周三(5月13日)晚间发布2026年股东周年大会投票表决结果等公告，续聘罗兵咸永道(普华永道)提案获通过，赞成率81.222%。
据悉，腾讯2025年支付予普华永道的酬金2.30亿元人民币(其中审计及审核相关服务支付人民币1.72亿元、非审计服务人民币0.58亿元)，较2024年的2.14亿元人民币增长7.48%。
