5月13日，国晟科技（603778）发布公告，控股股东国晟能源解除质押1500万股，占其所持股份的13.85%及公司总股本的2.27%；同时质押2600万股，占其所持股份的24.01%及公司总股本的3.94%。
截止本公告披露日，国晟能源累计质押股份为9656万股，占其持股比例的89.16%。
2026年一季度，国晟科技实现收入1.20亿元，归母净利润-3484万元。
