财联社5月12日电，联检科技(301115.SZ)公告称，公司拟使用超募资金5313.69万元收购控股子公司冠标检测38.9281%股权。交易完成后，公司直接持有冠标检测股权比例提升至92.6181%。本次交易不构成关联交易，亦不构成重大资产重组。
