财联社5月12日电，中微半导(688380.SH)公告称，公司正式发布自研32MbitSPINORFlash芯片，型号为CMS25Q32A，是继今年1月首款NORFlash后存储产品系列化的最新成果，丰富了公司存储产品阵列。该产品尚未实现销售，存在市场推广与客户开拓不及预期的风险。
