11日，崂山区姜哥庄片区LS0402-128地块控规调整批前公示，地块位于崂山路以北、规划姜哥庄三路以西。
根据公示，崂山区政府拟对崂山区姜哥庄片区LS0402-128地块进行控规调整，由行政办公用地调整为商业服务业与服务设施混合用地，容积率由约1.0调整为1.3。
