智通财经APP获悉，周一，索尼(SONY.US)涨近6%，报21.33美元。消息面上，5月11日，有报道称，Sony Music Publishing已达成协议，正式收购黑石旗下的Recognition Music Group全部音乐曲库。此前有消息人士称，索尼将与新加坡主权财富基金GIC共同组建合资企业完成此次收购，交易价格预计在35亿至40亿美元之间。
