5月9日，极氪法务部发布声明称，关注到网络上有社交账号恶意炒作“8家新能源车企被约谈”等信息，并利用AI软件捏造极氪被“约谈”的不实信息，严重损害品牌声誉。
声明明确表示，极氪并未收到相关“约谈”通知，目前已收集并固定相关证据，将依法维护自身合法权益。
