做法:
1. 白萝卜切丝,加少许盐和糖抓匀,腌10分钟杀出水分,挤干备用。
2. 芦笋切斜片,开水里焯1分钟,捞出来过凉水,口感更脆。
3. 把挤干水的萝卜丝和芦笋放一起,加花生油、芝麻盐、花生碎。
4. 抓拌均匀就能吃啦!
