5月8日，豫能控股（001896）发布公告，近日公司召开第十届董事会第一次会议，审议通过了关于聘任公司高级管理人员及证券事务代表的议案。
公司聘任李军担任总经理，刘中显、郝笑辰担任副总经理，王萍担任总会计师，李琳担任董事会秘书，魏强龙担任证券事务代表，任职期限与公司第十届董事会任期一致。
2026年一季度，豫能控股实现收入25.79亿元，归母净利润2928万元。
