5月6日，据杭州发布消息，目前，支付自住住房物业费提取公积金业务已开通线上办理渠道。
《杭州住房公积金管理委员会关于优化住房公积金使用政策的通知》明确，缴存职工及配偶可提取住房公积金用于支付本市行政区域内自住住房的物业费，每年可对家庭名下1套自住住房按实际物业费支出提取1次，家庭当年合计提取金额不超过10000元。
