格隆汇4月15日丨盛和资源(600392.SH)公布，近日，公司取得中信银行股份有限公司成都分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，同意为本公司回购股份提供专项贷款支持，贷款金额不超过人民币3.6亿元，期限3年。贷款具体事宜以双方签署的合同为准。
