4月2日，富淼科技（688350）发布公告，公司副总经理、财务总监兼董事会秘书邢燕申请辞去财务总监职务，辞任后仍继续担任副总经理和董事会秘书。
同时，公司于2026年3月31日召开董事会，审议通过聘任鲁海蓉为新任财务总监。
2025年，富淼科技实现收入13.89亿元，归母净利润1521万元。
