3月27日，工商银行发布公告指出，该行董事会审议通过了《关于聘任刘珺先生兼任中国工商银行股份有限公司首席合规官的议案》，根据《公司法》等法律法规和《公司章程》《中国工商银行股份有限公司董事会提名委员会工作规则》等有关规定，经董事会提名委员会审议通过，董事会决定聘任刘珺兼任该行首席合规官。刘珺的上述任职自董事会审议通过后生效。
