格隆汇3月16日｜据CNBC援引知情人士的消息称，亿万富翁蒂尔曼·费尔蒂塔旗下费尔蒂塔娱乐公司(Fertitta Entertainment)正在谈判以每股32美元的价格收购凯撒娱乐公司，较后者上周五的收盘价溢价14%，股权价值为65亿美元。报道称，考虑到博彩公司的巨额债务，费尔蒂塔对凯撒的收购条件包括315亿美元的企业价值。
