人民财讯2月6日电，深交所发布通知，深交所对《深圳证券交易所发行与承销业务指引第3号——发行承销违规行为监管》进行了修订，现予发布，自发布之日起施行。深交所于2023年9月28日发布的《深圳证券交易所发行与承销业务指引第3号——发行承销违规行为监管（试行）》（深证上〔2023〕931号）同时废止。
