财联社1月29日电，旗滨集团(601636.SH)公告称，旗滨集团预计2025年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为5.50亿元-6.70亿元，同比增加43.76%-75.12%。主要因光伏玻璃板块扭亏为盈，叠加子公司资产处置产生非经常性收益4.42亿元；但浮法玻璃价格下行、药用及电子玻璃业务不及预期，以及计提资产减值准备3.70亿元，拖累扣非净利润下滑。
