1月28日，建设银行发布公告称，2025年11月27日，该行2025年第二次临时股东会会议审议通过了关于选举史剑担任该行非执行董事的议案。国家金融监督管理总局现已核准史剑的任职资格，史剑正式就任该行非执行董事。
