曹操出行早间在港交所公告，于2026年1月28日（交易时段前），公司与联席配售代理订立配售协议，同意以每股32.46港元配售最多1200万股配售股份，配售价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报之收市价折让约8.97%。配售事项的所得款项净额将约为3.83亿港元，约67.7%将用于发展集团的国内外Robotaxi业务，约22.3%将用于扩张集团的企业服务，约10%将用于营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
