1月19日，中航沈飞（600760）发布公告，董事会近日收到邢一新、刘年财的书面辞职报告。邢一新因工作变动申请辞去董事、董事会战略与ESG委员会委员及总经理职务，刘年财同样因工作变动申请辞去董事职务，辞职后不再担任公司及控股子公司的其他职务。他们二人的离任时间均为2026年1月16日，原定任期到期日也均为2027年2月28日。
2025年前三季度，中航沈飞实现收入206.07亿元，归母净利润13.62亿元。
