格隆汇1月19日｜据央视，当地时间19日，原定于1月20日重新启动的日本柏崎刈羽核电站因设备警报设置错误将延期启动。柏崎刈羽核电站由东京电力公司运营，2011年“3·11”东日本大地震后一直处于停运状态。目前，重启该核电站所需的地方同意手续已经完成，6号机组原计划20日正式重启。
