齐鲁网·闪电新闻11月20日讯近日，济南市天桥区首家聚焦新就业群体的保障性租赁住房——“泉新公寓”正式投入运营。该项目位于北园街道黄桥社区新就业群体服务综合体内，由社区原有低效闲置用房改造升级而成，旨在系统性解决新就业群体的安居难题，探索形成“服务—治理”双向赋能的新型社区模式。
