11月17日，鹿山新材（603051）发布公告，公司参与投资设立产业投资基金，出资金额为3000万元人民币，认缴比例为30%。此次投资与万联天泽资本共同设立的基金名为广州天泽鹿山新材料创业投资基金合伙企业，基金总规模为1亿元人民币。
2025年前三季度，鹿山新材实现收入11.67亿元，归母净利润1168万元。
