11月3日-11月9日，北京市商品住宅成交492套，成交面积6.05万㎡，成交金额31.88亿元，环比下降54.44%。其中，位于朝阳平房乡黄杉木店的璞樾以15套、0.25万㎡、2.45亿元的网签成绩，再次夺得全市新房网签周度金额冠军。
