当下正值求职季，大学生投递的每一份简历背后都是一份期待。然而，户籍地、性别、学历等身份标签，却成为一些学生在求职过程中迈不过去的“坎儿”。如何减少就业歧视问题？中国青年报社社会调查中心联合问卷网（wenjuan.com），对1333名应届生进行的一项调查显示，57.1%的受访大学生呼吁建立健全促进公平就业的法律法规。
