据中证金牛座，越疆科技副总裁曾宇微信号在朋友圈发布讣告称，曾宇本人于2025年10月3日23时33分在上海因突发疾病离世，享年49岁。记者求证获悉，曾宇因脑血管瘤破裂出血引起脑疝，事发时为凌晨，未能及时抢救。
越疆科技成立于2015年，由山东大学毕业研究生刘培超创立，经营内容涵盖智能机器人研发与应用创新，2024年12月23日在港交所挂牌上市。
