9月1日至9月7日，北京新房共成交432套，成交总面积达5.08万㎡，成交总金额29.32亿元。其中，招商·朝棠揽阅以30套、0.27万㎡、1.59亿元的网签成绩，成为全市新房网签金额冠军。据悉，该项目位于通州区永顺镇，分为东区和西区，南侧可看河景。截至目前，两区均取得预售证，共网签276套房，西区均价58167.1元/㎡，东区均价59374.16元/㎡。
