2025年9月5日，泸天化(000912.SZ)在互动平台上回答表示，四川泸天化股份有限公司间接持有成都天顺保利新材料有限责任公司约3.97%的股权，成都天顺保利新材料有限责任公司产品PPEK属于新材料领域。为调整产品结构，公司投资建设年产10万吨绿色精细化学品项目，计划2027年建成投产。
