秋季花粉期，空气中飘散的主要致敏原为蒿属、藜/苋科、葎草属、豚草属等花粉，多为生长在公园、路边、田间地头的野生杂草。与春季的花粉相比，秋季草本植物花粉的颗粒直径更小，传播距离更远，传播速度更快，因此致敏性更强。
