8月12日，第12届世界运动会壁球比赛在成都高新体育中心全民健身馆进行。比赛进行时，运动员将球击到后场玻璃上或紧贴两侧墙面，以使对手左右两侧跑动，难以有效回球从而得分。壁球比赛场地设在透明的玻璃房，360度无死角，观赛体验绝佳。
