新京报讯 据@北京应急 消息，市水务局与市气象局2025年8月4日16时30分升级发布山洪灾害橙色预警：我市密云区、平谷区发生山洪灾害可能性很大（红色风险），其他山区发生山洪灾害可能性大（橙色风险），请公众远离山洪沟道，暂停涉山涉水户外活动，防范山洪灾害。
